Refund Policy for MuzMeets Networking Events

Thank you for considering participation in the MuzMeets Networking Event (the “Event”) organised by MuzMeets (“we,” “our,” or “us”). This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds and credits will be provided for Event tickets. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing a ticket for the Event. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, please do not proceed with your purchase.
1. Refund Eligibility:
a. Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to MuzMeets within the designated refund request period, which ends 72 hours prior to the Event.
b. Refunds will be considered only for tickets purchased during the designated refund request period. Tickets purchased after this date are non-refundable.
c. Refund requests must include the participant’s full name, ticket details, and a brief explanation for the refund request.
2. Refund and Credit Process:
a. We will strive to review and process refund request within 48 hours from the date of receipt.
b. Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the ticket purchase, minus a processing fee.
c. At our discretion, participants may receive a credit towards a future Event organised by us, rather than a refund.
3. Event Cancellation or Changes:
a. In the unlikely event that the Event is cancelled or significantly rescheduled by the Event Organiser, participants will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket purchase amount or the option to receive a credit towards a future Event.
b. We reserve the right to make changes to the Event schedule, location, or other details. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify participants and offer alternative options. If a participant is unable to attend the rescheduled Event, a refund or credit may be considered within the guidelines of this policy.
4. No Show Policy:
a. Participants who fail to attend the Event without submitting a refund request within the designated refund request period will not be eligible for a refund or credit.
